Here’s what has been beneficial for me and unblocking and re-opening my Heart Chakra: Epidote, Flower Agate and Prehnite. These stones allow me to ground, centre and share my authenticity in the purest form possible. So, if you’ve been struggling with sitting in your identity or putting your all into a project or even your daily life because you fear, doubt or self-sabotage - this could indicate that your Heart and Sacral Chakra centres are not flowing as they should be.

Here’s what has been beneficial for me and unblocking and re-opening my Sacral Chakra: Polychrome Jasper, Amphibole Quartz and Cherry Creek Jasper.  

I wanted to bring a lot of calming, cleansing, balancing, stabilising and protective energies because let’s face it, eclipse’s can be erratic. I also don’t always bode well with a Full Moon, that’s why this has been a tried and tested trinity combo that I’m really enjoying.

You will constantly see me posting and spreading knowledge about protective and grounding crystals, not only because I think they’re necessary for absolutely everyone, but even if you don’t feel it as strongly as I do - you hold the energy of others and it is important to practice letting them go.

2020 has been a wild ride, everyone knows this by now, but it was a wild ride filled with awakenings and enlightenment.
