Should you change your mind and your products have already been shipped, you cannot cancel your order. If you wish to receive a refund, you will have to wait until you receive the parcel and then ship it back to Dark Moon Crystals at your own cost with trackable shipping. Once evidence of shipment back to Dark Moon Crystals is received, a refund will be issued minus the shipping cost - only the cost of the items. 

If you cancel your order before your parcel has been packaged and shipped, you will receive your refund in full.

Please be aware that during this time of COVID-19, it can take up to 4-8 weeks to receive your international order.

If placing an order on a Friday, it will be shipped on the coming Monday. Once your items are shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

If you don't see your country listed on our international shipping, please contact us and we will endeavour to find an available courier. For international shipping, only options with tracking will be made available in order to minimize further delays and questions on your parcel's location.

Again, once your parcel is shipped you and you have further queries, you must get in contact with Australia Post and/or your local post when your parcel reaches international borders. Should your parcel exceed the estimated shipping times, then please email darkmooncrystals@gmail.com

If for any reason your are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact me as soon as possible and I will do everything I can to help rectify the issue.

Dark Moon Crystals Trading is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind about a product you've purchased. If you decide to cancel your order before it is shipped, you will incur a 15% restocking fee.

If an item arrives badly damaged, please notify Dark Moon Crystals Trading immediately with photographic evidence and we will provide a replacement of the same or similar item if one is available. If a similar item is not available, we will provide one to equal value or a store credit. The damaged product must be returned in order to receive the alternate exchanged item. You will be required to return the damaged product(s), at your own cost, using a trackable shipping method.

Upon receiving the item, your return will be processed excluding the shipping costs.


Most logistics companies have stopped scanning packages at every checkpoint along their journey to streamline the process and hopefully expedite shipping times for all customers.

If you have ordered and your package hasn't had tracking info updated in a while - Please understand that it’s difficult to give you any extra information than what your tracking numbers already provide - shipping companies and postal services are updating tracking numbers as quickly as they can - be assured that they are doing their very best to get items delivered ASAP!!

We are not liable for non-delivery and you will not be entitled to a refund.

ie. You live in Canada - contact Canada Post.

ie. You live in Australia - contact Australia Post.

We will send you a replacement, however you must repay the shipping fee which you will be invoiced. Your replacement will not be shipped until this invoice is paid in full.
