COVID-19 is still delaying international parcels with shipment times ranging from 4-8 weeks. Australia Post has indicated that since they are receiving over 2 million parcels a day that scans may also not be up to date. If you have waited over the allotted 8 week period, please email us at email@example.com.
Once your order has shipped, you will be provided with a tracking link. Once these parcels have left our hands, it is now up to the postal system to complete their job.
Note, it is extremely rare that your parcel is lost, however, since we are still in the middle of a pandemic, flights are still cancelled globally delaying the delivery of your parcels.
There will be no refunds given until the parcel has been completely investigated on it's whereabouts due to impatience. The customer is liable to read all information provided on website header, FAQ pages and shipment policies pages that are available from any page you visit on the website.
